The Retail Buying Experience Has Changed. 

Consumers expect the same conveniences they get when buying consumer devices and milllennials have been marked as the "game changers” of the auto industry. They are the next big segment of car buyers, and they’re defining the buying process. By 2025, Gen Y is expected to account for 75% of all vehicles purchased. Whichever automaker comes up with the business plan to woo this group will be in the best marketplace position going forward.

In collaboration with VW international teams a covert strategy was lead to concieve the future digitial experience road map to redefine the car buying experience for the next generation of Volkswagen car buyers.
